Documentation for Roman GRS PIT Diffsky mocks

Diffsky is a python library providing
`JAX <https://jax.readthedocs.io/>`__ kernels used to predict the SEDs
of a population of galaxies
with `Diffsky <https://github.com/ArgonneCPAC/diffsky/>`__.
The Roman Galaxy Redshift Survey Project Infrastructure Team Diffsky (GRS PIT) library
is publicly available on `GitHub <https://github.com/roman-grs-pit/rgrspit_diffsky/>`__.
The rgrspit_diffsky library uses Diffsky to make mocks tailored to support
the Roman GRS PIT.
